Is this a safety breach?



Towing one's little sister by the dog leash WHILST (that's for you Damo) sitting in a storage container - downhill on a gravelly driveway.....is this breaching WHS guidelines perhaps? He IS wearing a helmet.....Maybe if Febes had a roll-bar, and cage-type frame around her I might feel less alarmed... Anyway, it proves my point - who needs hand-held computer games?

    36 years (plus the rest) and it's still sadly correct to say 'almost 40'...coz well, it isn't very long until the BIG 4-oh is it ?
